Single Face

E, B, C Flute Corrugated sheet made out of two layers of liners. It can be in E,B, or C flute. It’s a flexible material and is widely used to wrap products and avoid any harm. It also can be laminated with printed SBS or CCNB to make RSC or die cut boxes. It is sold both in sheet or roll as needed.

Single Wall

E, B, C Flute Corrugated sheet made out of three papers glued by heat, pressure and adhesive. It’s built out of 1 interior liner, 1 medium and 1exterior liner. Both liners are flat, while the medium is corrugated to form the flute; this is the main origin of its structure. Exterior liner can be white or kraft.

Double Wall

BC Flute Corrugated sheet made out of five papers glued together by heat, pressure and adhesives, it is built out of 1 b and 1 c corrugated sheet that share a1 interior liner. Because more paper is used this structure has higher resistance to compression than single wall. Exterior liner can be white or kraft.

Double Laminated

BCBC Flute For manufacturing this laminated sheet two double wall sheets are used. These are glued together by pressure and adhesive in order to get a more resistance sheet. The most common use is to produce slip sheet or containers.

triple laminated

BCBCBC Flute For manufacturing this laminated sheet three double wall sheets are used. These are glued together by pressure and adhesive in order to get a more resistance sheet. The most common use is to produce large containers.

CCNB

Clay Coated News Back This material is made out many layers of fibers that are put together to make a compact and folding sheet. The exterior face is white, and the interior can be white or kraft. It is commonly used in full color printing.

SBS

Solid Bleached Sulfate It is a sulfated cardboard made out of 100% virgin fibers with high resistance. It has a satin finish and both interior and exterior faces are white. It is mostly used for full color printing.

Kraft and White Liner

It is used to manufacture corrugated cardboard sheet. It is also used to manufacture slip sheet, inner pads, or for individual wrapping of product. It can be sold as a roll or sheet and its resistance is based on paper’s weight. It can be white or kraft.

Water Resistant Coat

Water- based coating applied to interior liner when manufacturing corrugated cardboard sheet. This coat protect package from water, dust or vapor and increases its load resistance. It is widely used in the fruit and vegetable packaging.

Coroplast

Water resistant multiwall sheet made of out corrugated polyethylene that has a high resistance to impact so it is commonly used in reusable packaging. It can be printed by serigraph and comes in a wide range of colors and thickness.

Honey Comb

Structural panel made out of paper hexagonal cells that are put in between two lines glued with adhesives and special resins. Its main characteristic is its high resistance to compression, so the smaller these cells the better their performance. It comes on different thickness.
